| 91 Singleton!!! |
This spectacular 4BR/4.5 BA, three-story home with views of the ocean and marshes shouts Tuscany from the moment you open the front door. The saturnia stone floors, wrought iron balustrade, and beautiful cherry stairs create quite the Italian villa ambiance. The floor plan for this luxurious home has three bedrooms on the first floor, a formal living room, dining area, kitchen and family room are on the second floor, and the entire third floor is devoted to the master suite. High ceilings, granite countertops and beautiful saturnia stone floors, elevator and exquisite decor contribute to the rich ambiance of this home.

| Egret 23!!! |
|
23 Egret is a spectacular, beautifully renovated, 2nd row, ocean view, 7 bedroom, 7.5 bath home with a heated pool* and spa* that sleeps up to 22 in North Forest Beach. Not only are you just steps to the beach, but the home is just 4 blocks from Coligny Plaza with its many shops and restaurants. What adds to the excitement of this home is the fact that a celebrated professional interior designer was chosen to renovate and create a home interior worthy of a spotlight in Coastal Living Magazine. This beautiful home was developed and planned to accommodate the large family reunion, for it includes an attached 2 bedroom, 2 bath "cottage" with kitchen and family room perfect for teens or for those wishing a little more privacy or a retreat. Therefore you will have 2 family rooms, 2 kitchens, along with views of the ocean which is just steps away, multiple balconies and generous parking for 7 cars. Furthermore, every bedroom has its own private bath! |
| Tapas Restaurant |
|
If you have not been to Tapas restaurant yet, you are missing a big treat to your senses. Tapas restaurant serves "small plates" so you can order two different entrees each and share them. And you will want to share when you see all the entrees come out with their incredible sauces. We love the Black Diamond filet, Chicken Vicksburg with a mushroom sauce and the Crab Rangoon. We always ask for extra bread, so we can mop up the gravies and sauces. The new cod dishes are delicious too! We try to go once a month to try the new specials. They are always good. |
| A Local's Tip |
 |
| With the Super Bowl right around the corner, Sunday, February 6, and the need to hear the roar of the crowd, you may be wondering where to go to catch all the action. There are several "sports" bars here on Hilton Head that will be sure to have the big game on the big screen. Here is a short list of who will be sure to carry the big game:
So sit back, relax if you can, and enjoy the great food and good times! Remember you are on vacation! |
