OH MY GOSH!! This is an amazing 3 BR + loft, 4 BA Beach Villa, in Palmetto Dunes Plantation with breathtaking views of the beach and ocean! Your front yard is beach sand! Every bedroom offers an oceanfront view! Enjoy glorious sunrises! If you want to be vacationing at the beach then this is it. The décor is the quintessence of the charming, folksy, funky, cute, welcoming, nostalgic beach bungalow that you will fall in love with as soon as you walk in the door. For example, on the first of three levels are two bedrooms. One bedroom door welcomes "Crawdaddy's", the other bedroom door welcomes "Crawmama's". The second level via a winding staircase brings you to the main living area with nostalgic ambiance everywhere you look. Here you will find a host of artifacts such as a quilt on the wall, photo of the bathing beauties from the 1920's, a white picket fenced loft, antique signs announcing "Another Day in Paradise" and the "Seaside Inn Bed & Breakfast" and the 4 foot shark! (You must view the photos!)

The kitchen continues oozing charm, from the various hand drawn ceramic plates with glazed messages from past guests, to its distressed country kitchen stenciled table. How about watching the dolphins at breakfast from the kitchen table or while preparing lunch in the kitchen. Or why not just step out onto your private second floor balcony with its six white adirondack chairs (three are rockers) to survey your beach kingdom.

Returning to the ground level first floor, you will enter a hall with the "Crawdaddy's" and "Crawmama's" doors. You will find a king sized bed with a plank headboard, a massive dark wood chest of drawers, TV and DVD in a matching book shelf, a twin bed pull out sofa, blanket chest and a six foot long wall mounted folk art mermaid. The sign near the TV says "Memories of vacations by the sea stay with you forever." You are guaranteed incredible memories from this villa, for your view, through the wall of windows is sand, sea grass and ocean! Step outside through the sliding glass door onto your patio loaded with chairs (including lounge chairs) and the sand is right there! The bathroom has a combination shower and tub.

The second bedroom, "Crawmama's", offers a king bed and a set of bunk beds along with a TV, DVD and VCR. Just like the master, there is a private bath with a combination shower and tub, patio and chairs via the sliding glass door and ample art, mermaids, birdhouse art and sailboats to make this just as cute and exciting as the rest of the villa. Completing this floor is the separate laundry room and office area.

Up the staircase to the main second level living area you arrive to see awe inspiring ambiance. Cute, warm and welcoming, here you will find more folk art than can be described, a bead board cathedral ceiling and walls, decorative fire place, big cushioned chairs, sofa and a wall mounted TV with DVD. Along the wall of windows is a high table and two chairs. The view is one you won't forget, for the beach and ocean is right there!

The modern, updated kitchen offers white appliances, an electric cook top stove, natural wood finished cabinets, three breakfast stools and, best of all, the simply glorious beach and ocean views. The kitchen table next to the wall of windows seats six, surrounded by plates with messages from inspired guests, signage and sailboats. The balcony also offers a gas grill and an outside staircase down to the beach below. Completing this floor is a full bath with a combination shower and tub.

On the third level, up a narrow spiral staircase is the third bedroom, which offers a twin bed and bunk beds. This bedroom has a private full bath with a combination shower and tub, a TV with DVD and VCR and captivating views of the ocean and beach. Off the bedroom is the loft with white picket fence and a pull out futon, TV and large window with exciting oceanfront views.

The sunny pool and kiddie pool is just steps away with plenty of chairs, lounge chairs and tables. If all this wasn't enough appeal, add to your excitement that this end villa is located next to the Palmetto Dunes' Dunes House, serving lunch and drinks till dusk starting March 1st. You can also walk down the beach to the oceanfront Marriott hotel, with its oceanfront bar and restaurant. The Beach Villa complex is located on the ocean in Palmetto Dunes Plantation in the center of the Island. This wonderful plantation offers miles of scenic bike paths, three signature golf courses, tennis and an incredible 11 mile long interconnecting lagoon system where you can canoe, kayak and fish.

Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE door-to-door shuttle to the beach, Shelter Cove Marina, Shops and Restaurants. This shuttle will run from April 1, 2012 until September 30,2012.
