This cozy 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is just the right size for a family or 2 as it sleeps 12. Not only are you a short walk to the beach but you also have a fenced in back yard with a pool and a charcoal grill that is perfect for afternoon BBQ's. There are 2 tables, each with 4 chairs, surrounding the pool for dining al fresco or just chilling by the pool.

The first floor is up a flight of stairs to a tiled entry hall. Also on this floor is the master bedroom. The yellow, blue, and green checkered king bedding and white wood furniture make this room feel bright and beachy. Along with a TV and DVD player is the master bath with separate shower and bath tub and, with a door to the hall, a separate half bath for guests.

On the right of the tiled entry hall is the spacious kitchen and breakfast area. A bay window houses a glass table with 4 brightly checkered chairs. The kitchen is tiled with all white appliances and has a breakfast bar with 2 stools.

The living and dining areas have hardwood floors and a décor of blues and tans with white furniture maintains the beachy feel of this lovely home. Next to the dining table seating 6 is the comfortable living area with 2 sofas, one a sleeper, an entertainment armoire containing a TV, VCR, and DVD players and an attractive blue floral rug. Sliding doors off the dining area lead to a small deck with a wrought iron table and 2 chairs for morning coffee. Stairs from this deck lead to the pool area and backyard.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms. You will find the ideal children's room with 2 bunk beds and 2 twin beds with red, blue, and white plaid bedding and a TV. This bedroom shares a bathroom with shower only with another 2 twin bedroom decorated with a blue and white shell motif and offering a TV and DVD player. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed with bright striped bedding and an en suite private bath. This room also has a TV, DVD, and VCR players.

Take a short picturesque walk through a beach park with playground, then stroll down a raised boardwalk through pine trees and you will be at the beach in just 4 minutes. The small beach park also features a new children's playground.
