This 6 BR / 4.5 BA family vacation home, sleeps 13 and has a fabulous 16' x 32' pool with swimming dolphins fountain, a chiminea for outdoor wood fires, plenty of chairs and privacy bordered on three sides with palms and shrubbery. This reunion property is located next to a town park with playground equipment for the kids, comfort stations and is just a four minute walk to the beach on an elevated boardwalk through oaks, pines and palms.

The front door entrance, which is up one flight of stairs, is where you will come to the first of two, long front porches. Reminiscent of days gone by, the front porch offers the opportunity to rest and relax in this pretty Caribbean enclave of festive colored homes. Upon entering the front door you will walk into the first of two separate living areas. This living area, the smaller of the two, has brand new furniture with a tan and blue décor and with a TV/VCR. The sandy colored tiled flooring along with wainscoting runs throughout the entire first floor. The second living area is a "L" shaped great room decorated with an Americana theme in blues, reds, and tans. A large "L" shaped navy denim couch, a wicker-roped coffee table, 2 cinnamon and cream shell motif chairs and a decorative fireplace with a large flat screen TV mounted above and a DVD and VCR all contribute to a relaxing and comforting area for family and friends.

The adjoining dining area continues the blue, red, and tan décor with striped cushioned chairs seating 8 and a large oak table. Sliding glass doors provide access to a small back balcony with a propane grill and chairs. The open kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats four, plenty of counter space and light cabinets. Off the kitchen is the laundry room and off the great room is a hall half bath. Through a pair of french doors, there is one king master bedroom with tan and blue bedding that is joined by a private bath.

On the second level with beautiful hard wood floors are 5 more bedrooms. Two teal, lime, and aqua bedrooms each have 2 twins, oak furniture and share a full bath in the hall. Another bedroom with a twin bed and a queen bed decorated in blues, reds, and yellows shares a bath, with a separate shower, with another king bedroom decorated in calming blue and whites with white wood furniture. There is a slider to the front porch in this bedroom. Across the hall is the largest master with large king, handsome wood furniture and tan and blue bedding. There is a bath en suite and sliders to the front porch. All the bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV's.

In the garage area you will find, for the kids, various beach, ocean and pool toys along with a pool table. Outside is the exciting pool area with a gracefully designed curved layout, tiled retaining wall and featuring a fountain of swimming dolphins. The setting is picture perfect tropical with giant palms, vines and oaks. Add to the ambiance six chairs, two recliners and the wood burning chiminea and you have a wonderful vacation setting offering a real escape from the world back home.
