Recently remodeled, this is a lovely villa decorated with the beach décor you expect when overlooking the ocean. The entire villa is newly tiled and painted and, with additional new furniture, it is bright and crisp ready to share your vacation. The living, dining, and kitchen, with granite countertops and a full size dishwasher and stove, are all oceanview. There is a red and linen striped sleeper sofa, a dining table seating 4, a breakfast bar with 2 stools along with a flat screen TV and Blue Ray DVD player. There is even an iPhone 4 charger and stereo.

The remodeled bath with a combination shower/tub has tiled flooring and is located off a hallway with a set of bunk beds with patchwork quilt bedding. After the laundry nook with a convenient stackable washer and dryer is a tiled queen bedroom with green, blue, and yellow bedding and another flat screen with Blue Ray DVD player.

This is the villa for simple and relaxed vacationing.
