A small community feeling is created through the inviting pool which is centrally located on the edge of a 5-acre lake in a serene park-like setting, complete with quaint park benches, garden paths, picturesque gazebo and graceful foot bridge over the water. Adjacent to the pool are the free lighted tennis courts.

This second floor villa is spacious and pleasantly decorated. The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, and washer/dryer. The living room includes TV, DVD, VCR, fireplace and a sleeper sofa. Dining area is also bright and roomy with comfortable seating for 6.

French doors open onto a private balcony. Views include lagoon and picturesque woods.

Evian is a mere 6-minute bike ride along a bike path to the Plantation’s oceanfront Beach Club. You are also just minutes away from Golf and the Van Der Meer Racquet Club.
