Located in the heart of Shipyard Plantation, EVIAN is in one of the most beautiful, tranquil settings on the island. EVIAN’s popularity amongst vacationers is due certainly in part to the European feeling created by the French Country architecture of the townhomes and villas.

A small community feeling is created through the inviting pool which is centrally located on the edge of a 5-acre lake in a serene park-like setting, complete with quaint park benches, garden paths, picturesque gazebo and graceful foot bridge over the water. Adjacent to the pool are the free lighted tennis courts.

This townhome is spacious and totally re-decorated. Villa includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and eating area which seats four. The dining room seats 6 comfortably. The living room has a lagoon view and includes TV and VCR and new sleeper sofa.

One bedroom is downstairs with a queen size bed and bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with twin beds with two more baths.
