This delightful 2BR/2BA oceanfront villa is located in Hampton Place, which is the newest and most spacious luxury complex in Palmetto Dunes Plantation. Upon entering you are instantly exposed to a panoramic view of the ocean, as well as the pool area and Palmetto palm trees. Every room of this lovely get-a-way has large open windows, which display the grand oceanfront view from all areas of the villa, including every bedroom. This summery villa is decorated in an elegant relaxed manner with the light decor of the inside, matching the spectacular view of the outside.

The main living area has a yellow and blue sleeper sofa and two extra-large sitting chairs (one of which is a twin sleeper chair) which add to the cheer of this bright sunny villa. The floor has been replaced with new elegant travertine floors throughout the living, dining and kitchen area. There is also a balcony with a glass table and four chairs to enjoy the surrounding area and direct oceanfront view from outside. There is a TV, VCR and internet access in the living area.

The light wooden dining table with glass top has seating for six and there are also two matching barstools by the tiled kitchen breakfast bar for extra seating. The adjoining open kitchen has spacious countertops and lovely light wooden cabinetry. A washer and dryer are located in a separate utility room off of the kitchen.

The master bedroom offers a king bed with blue and yellow bedding, a light wooden dresser with two matching bed tables and matching chair with a TV and VCR. A wall of windows displays the outstanding oceanfront view. The master bath is spacious and offers a spa-tub, a separate glass walled shower, two sinks and a large walk-in closet.

The second bedroom with two twin beds also has an ocean view with balcony access through a sliding glass door. There is a spa-tub, a separate separate glass walled shower, two sinks and a large walk-in closet.

Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE door-to-door shuttle to the beach, Shelter Cove Marina, Shops and Restaurants. This shuttle will run from April 1, 2012 until September 30,2012.

*Pool is seasonally heated from March 15th to April 30th and October 15th to November 30th. Additionally pool is cooled from July 15th through August 15th.
