This beautiful, completely remodeled 4 BR/ 4 BA end unit townhome is everything anyone could want in a vacation home! The expansive great room, decorated Tommy Bahama style, is light and airy with large windows opening onto two decks. With seating for seven oriented to the large wall mounted 46" flat screen TV, everyone can watch their sport of choice. It also has a stereo and DVD for more entertainment!

Opening to the great room is the completely remodeled kitchen with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, even including an icemaker, granite countertops and a large peninsula seating three with bar stools. The second bedroom with its cheery, coral-themed bedspread has two queen beds with Tommy Bahama like wood and wicker furniture. This room's bath has a newly built tiled shower with clear glass shower doors and new granite topped vanity.

Up nine more stairs carpeted in the same sisal-like Berber, we come to the final two guest rooms, again each with their own private bath. The third bedroom has a king bed with shutter theme wood foot and headboard and chests and TV. Its private bath also has a large tiled shower with glass doors and new granite topped vanity. The final bedroom has two twins with a stereo CD player and flat screen TV with DVD, perfect for entertaining kids of all ages, and an identical bath with new shower and vanity.

The back deck, which opens from the living room, has a table and chairs and gas grill. The stairs down from the deck lead you to the pathway to the large, sunny, community pool with plenty of lounge chairs.

This villa is an end unit adjacent to the Harbour Town Golf Links Clubhouse and is steps away from the Harbour Town Marina, Lighthouse, shops, restaurants and playground.
