This 3 bedroom, 3 bath penthouse has it all! With its fabulous views of the Shelter Cove Marina and beautiful furnishings you may never want to leave. Located in the popular Shelter Cove, there are restaurants, art galleries, shops, not to mention the beautiful marina with all the water activities you could ever want.

Upon entering this 4th floor, 2 story penthouse, the first thing you notice is views, views, views. The far wall is made up of sliding glass doors and windows allowing natural light to brighten the room and views of the marina, Broad Creek, and, during the summer, fireworks every Tuesday evening along with live music.

The sophisticated living area has a leather sofa and chair, a large upholstered coffee table, armoire housing 42" flat screen TV with high definition service, Netflix and DVD player. The walls feature artistic black and white prints. The kitchen, open to the dining and living area, has lovely tan and black granite countertops and maple cabinets. In the dining area is a glass and pedestal dining table with 4 upholstered chairs and other chairs nearby for guests. Additionally, there are 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter.

On the large deck with its spectacular views is a covered outdoor bar, a table and 2 chairs for morning coffee or to enjoy the sunset. Along with the gentle breezes is a ceiling fan.

The first bedroom is on the first floor with a queen wrought iron bed and is decorated in tans, browns, and creams. There is a bathroom attached with a shower only and access to the foyer for guest use.

Up a spiral staircase are 2 more bedrooms. The large master suite with Berber carpet has gorgeous views. Perfectly positioned to take full advantage of the magnificent views is a table and 2 chairs for having your favorite beverage and watching the boats come and go. The décor and bedding for the wrought iron king bed is in creams and browns. There is a 2 sink vanity en suite and private shower. The jewel in this room is a step-up large spa tub with a window above for watching the stars. There is also a 37" TV with HD, DVR and a DVD player and ceiling fan.

The twin guest bedroom upstairs, also carpeted in Berber, is decorated in rich reds, purples, and blues with white furniture. There is a tiled full bath and a view of the complex swimming pool. For your convenience, the laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer is located in the hallway.

The Harbourside complex has a community pool and, of even greater significance, is the Harbourside location, for here you will find the beautiful marina, gourmet restaurants and wonderful shopping. On each Tuesday night between Memorial Day and Labor Day this is also the site for Harbour Fest, featuring arts and crafts, entertainment and fireworks over the water.

Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE door-to-door shuttle to the beach, Shelter Cove Marina, Shops and Restaurants. This shuttle will run from April 1, 2012 until September 30,2012.
