This recently beautifully renovated 2 BR/2 BA villa is situated along a picturesque lagoon overlooking the Heron Point golf course in the world renowned Sea Pines Plantation. Capitalizing on the fabulous setting the villa has great windows along the entire length to show case the course, lagoon and wooded setting. A wonderful deck off the living room area takes full advantage of the "Inland Harbour" views. The painting on the walls remind you that you are vacationing on Hilton Head Island with beach settings, sunsets and the famous 18th hole at Harbour Town Club.

The dining area offers a glass topped oak and white table that seats six. Windows here also add to the ambiance as does the adjoining wainscot breakfast bar area with three stools covered in a starfish fabric that matches the coffee table stools.

The beautifully remodeled kitchen offers new brown and black speckled granite countertops, white cabinets and white appliances. The kitchen is totally open with views into the living and dining areas.

The first of two bedrooms is on the first floor. Two beautiful new wicker queen beds are offered along with new carpeting and white chest and end table.
