This charming, 4 bedroom, 2 bath cottage has just been completely renovated and refurbished and is tiled throughout. With only a 7 minute walk to the beach and a new private pool and totally fenced in backyard, this lovely home is perfect for couples, families, and even little "Toto". The open floor plan includes the living area, dining area, and kitchen which make it ideal for socializing and watching your favorite movie or sport on a 60" flat screen TV and DVD player. The living area also has a beautiful brown and tan sectional and a floral rug with reds, browns, and greens. A dark wood dining table with black and red cushions seats 6 with other chairs nearby for more seating. Behind the dining area is the kitchen with a long counter on the left that can act as a buffet or drinks area. On the right is a brand new kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. There is a sliding door to a large patio that has 2 tables, each seating 4 to serve meals alfresco, play games or have your favorite refreshment. There are 5 chaise lounge chairs to enjoy the sun between dips in the pool and an outdoor shower to wash off sand from the nearby beach. The bedding is stripes in earthy tones and this bedroom also has a 32" flat screen TV, VCR, and a ceiling fan.

The fourth queen bedroom is decorated in corals and green with another creative headboard made of wood shutters. This room also has a 32" TV, VCR, and ceiling fan. The Guest bath has 2 vanities and a shower/tub combo and a laundry closet with a stackable washer/dryer.

At the end of Folly Field Rd. is beach access with bathrooms for convenience and limited parking. Also, you can walk a short way down the beach to a tiki hut with drinks and sandwiches at The Hilton Head Beach & Tennis facility.
