This cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath is a charming Sea Pines home with an excellent location. If you are a beach lover but don't want to spend the dollars to be oceanfront, this is your vacation home. The Sea Pines Beach Club, with a tiki hut, restrooms, food service and even a playground is right across the street. Next door is the Sea Pines Ocean Golf Course and the Sea Pines Sea Marsh Golf Course also providing dining services. And, if your family loves biking, there are miles of trails in Sea Pines.

With a signature Sea Pines floor plan, this home is one story and looks out over the golf course and a lagoon. Two back decks with a gas grill and a table and chairs is the perfect spot for gathering together after a wonderful day at the beach. Have a late afternoon beverage while grilling dinner or watch some golfers teeing off.

The large living area with hardwood floors is a combination of the living room and a bright sunroom. With exposed overhead beams, a decorative brick fireplace, and built-in bookcases, you will feel right at home. Another bedroom with twins also has sliders to another back deck and is decorated in blues and peaches. This room shares a full bath with the hallway and another twin bedroom decorated in teals, greens, yellows. All bedrooms have TV's and ceiling fans.

With shutters to close when dining, a wet bar separates the kitchen from the dining area. The kitchen has a center island with the stove and oven and a small breakfast nook with 4 chairs. The attached pantry is fully stocked with serving pieces and kitchen tools and provides a full washer and dryer.

Along with award winning tennis facilities, the Sea Pines Forest Preserve, and two marinas offering a host of water sports, there is practically nothing you can't do in this plantation.
