Not only is the beach 150 yards away, the complex tennis court and pool are conveniently located just out your back door. You can even watch a tennis match and the kids playing at the pool leisurely from your porch or ride a bike to Coligny Plaza for lunch and shopping.

Upon entering the first floor, a 2 story wall of windows and sliders exposing lush landscaping and lots of bright sun is there to greet you. The open living area with hardwood floors features soft cocoas, tans, and cranberry in furnishings including a sofa and loveseat and a flat screen TV.
