This is a wonderful 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath home, 3rd row in North Forest Beach with heated pool* and spa*, elevator and recently built. This magnificent home has a Nantucket look and feel to it with is gray clapboard exterior, white trim and wood shutters. The architectural appeal continues with beautiful columns inside and out, high ceilings, elaborate moldings, French doors, a stone floor throughout the whole first floor, white wainscoting and four wonderful balconies, two in the front and two in the back which overlook a lagoon and fountain.

The great room is spacious and beautifully decorated and offers a large sitting area with a decorative fireplace, a living area with TV and DVD, multiple couches and chairs, and a wonderful open kitchen totally looking out into the great room and an adjoining dining area.
