Conveniently located, this refurbished 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse has the whole package. It is near all the shops and restaurants Coligny Plaza has to offer and is across the street from the beach. Seascape even has its own cabana on the beach with bathroom facilities.

Upon entering the first floor and a few steps up are the living area, dining room, and kitchen. The living room is decorated in earthy tones and has been updated to the current fashion with a large flat screen TV and DVD, loveseat and sleeper sofa. Off of the living room is a sliding glass door to the back deck. There you can grill your favorite dish or just relax and enjoy listening to the fountain in the courtyard.
