The entry has tiled floors and provides a half bath. The charming sunken living room has seating for five, a sleeper sofa, TV/DVD/VCR, access to the patio and custom blinds on the many windows. The sunny dining room has seating for four with additional seating at the breakfast bar.

The kitchen has tiled floors, rich oak cabinetry, beautiful granite and a new stainless sink and faucet. The kitchen is also fully equipped with everything you will need.

The master suite offers a king size bed, TV, private bath with cultured marble vanity and access to the private patio. Off the master you will also find a walk in laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Enjoy the patio that offers guests a very private garden setting and seating for four. The on site pool is just steps from the front door. Ride the free shuttle to the beach that is only a few minutes away. You are sure to enjoy this delightful villa.
