This 2BR/2BA villa recently had its 2 baths and kitchen totally renovated with granite countertops and new tile. Located on the golf course and offering fabulous fairway and lagoon views, this 2 story villa has two sleeper sofas, one in the living room and one in the spacious second floor landing, allowing for 8 people to sleep comfortably.

The great room has the living area situated along the windows and sliding glass door to take full advantage of the rolling fairway views. The cathedral ceiling adds to the spacious feeling of this light and bright villa. The sleeper sofa and matching love seat and complimentary chairs, along with matching end tables, coffee table and stand for the 42" flat screen high def TV, VCR, DVD player, all provide a very pleasant and comfortable setting.

The dining area has a matching chest and dining table, which seats six comfortably and has two additional matching chairs at the breakfast bar. The complete kitchen has a new tiled floor and granite countertops in warm shades of cinnamon and coffee and there is a closet with the washer and dryer.

On the first floor you will find the first bedroom, which offers two twin beds, T.V. and a full bath with tiled floors and granite counters and a combination shower/tub. Upstairs is the second bedroom, which consist of the master with a king bed along with a T.V. There is also a renovated private bath with tiled floors and granite counters in shades of blues and tans with a combination shower/tub which also services any guests that may be utilizing the sleeper sofa in the large landing area. Several windows provide splendid views of the small lagoon along the tee boxes.

The Turnberry Resort offers a large sunny pool, a one-foot deep toddler's pool and a playground with swings. Also available is a door-to-door shuttle via the Palmetto Dunes Beach Buggy* which will bring you to the beach or Shelter Cove Marina with its many shops and restaurants.

Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE door-to-door shuttle to the beach, Shelter Cove Marina, Shops and Restaurants. This shuttle will run from April 1, 2013 until September 30,2013.
