Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE door-to-door shuttle to the beach, Shelter Cove Marina, Shops and Restaurants. This shuttle will run from April 1, 2012 until September 30,2012.

This is an beautiful 3BR/3BA luxury villa overlooking the Shelter Cove Harbour, as well as the gorgeous pool and spa at Yacht Club in Shelter Cove.

As soon as you enter this villa you will be struck with the spectacular views of the Shelter Cove Marina and the Yacht Club pool. The spacious living area has new handsome furnishings with a British West Indies decor and beautiful stone flooring. Also, there is a new sleeper sofa and a palm print armoire containing a TV, VCR and DVD all with surround sound. Sliding doors lead to a private balcony for enjoying morning coffee and watching the ships go out to sea.

The custom kitchen has been totally remodeled with blank granite countertops and beautiful dark wood cabinets and matching appliances. The richly carved dining room table seats seven and above it is an ornate pineapple chandelier.

The master bedroom has a king bed with matching end tables, an armoire with TV, VCR and DVD, beautiful window treatments and a sliding glass door to another private balcony. The master bath is distinguished by a step up/step down oversized tub in an alcove surrounded by tile.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed along with a beautiful armoire containing a TV and DVD and an end table, window treatments, all support the British West Indies theme. The third bedroom is decorated in a sophisticated beach theme and offers twin beds and an armoire with a TV and DVD. A centrally located hall bath may service both these two bedrooms or the guests of one of the rooms may use the 3rd full bath located off the entrance hall.

The beautiful Yacht Club villas are less than a two-minute walk to all the shops and restaurants of the popular Shelter Cove Harbour. The beach and ocean is via the Palmetto Dunes Plantation, which can be assessed by car with a Palmetto Dunes pass, by the Palmetto Dunes Buggy free shuttle service or by bicycling. Also of interest, you will have the best seat in the house as you view the fireworks from your balcony every Tuesday evening during the summer.
