Adventure Cove
Adventure Cove Family Fun Center has 36 holes of adventure mini golf where you play through caverns, over water falls… a challenge in every putt and a world of fun for kids inside. It has a giant arcade and Coconut Key Café. You also can celebrate a birthday or just have a party there. One of the really fun Hilton Head activities.
Art Academy
The Art Cafe is a paint-your-own pottery studio. “This is a fun place to go with a group of girls or children. The basic premise is to pick out your pottery and paint it. The Art Cafe has tons of paint color, stencils and stamps to assist you in your creation.” Laura B.

There are several babysitting and nanny services in the Hilton Head Island area.
Bristol Sports Arena
For the kids, the Bristol Sports Arena offers a skating park equipped with ramps for stunt skate-boarding, in-line skating and bicycles also. The park also includes a roller hockey rink which doubles as six half-court basketball courts.
Coligny Plaza
Coligny Plaza has a kiosk area with a stage and offers a variety of entertainment such as puppet shows, kazoos, magic, juggling, clowns, story telling, crafts, music, free movies, etc. Entertainment start times vary.
Commander Zodiac
Captain Zodiac’s, Kids Water Fun Day is a day filled with adventure including dolphin spotting, crabbing, water balloon tossing and face painting.
Greg Russell's Bubble Gum Cruise
Hilton Head Island's favorite entertainer, Greg Russell, boards the Vagabond every Thursday and Friday all summer long for a ninety minute, fun-filled cruise featuring dolphins, music, games, stories and more.
Island Playground
Located just over the bridges in Bluffton, Island Playground is an indoor playground with a wide variety of inflatable fun and exploration areas.
Island Recreation Center
The Hilton Head Island Recreation Association offers both locals and visitors alike recreation programs, “wellness” activities and special events.
Kids Cruise
Monday through Friday during June, July, and August, the Gypsy leaves South Beach Marina for a two-hour cruise of the coastal waters bordering Hilton Head Island.
Outside Hilton Head
Since 1979, Outside Hilton Head has been offering youth education and camps. From learning how to kayak to crabbing or even an over night trip to Page Island, Outside Hilton Head has something to offer for everyone.
Parks
There are a range of kid friendly parks with all the amenities in the Hilton Head Island area. Jarvis Creek Park, Fish Haul Creek Park and Green Shell Park are a few of the favorites.

Grab a pirate tattoo, sword and eyepatch and become a pirate in Captain Shannon Taner's Band of Pirates!
Shelter Cove Harbour
There is a playground in Shelter Cove Harbour that features a climbing structure, swings, etc. This is where Tuesday night fireworks are held during the summer and Shannon Tanner entertain families. Fireworks start every Tuesday night at 9:00 p.m. from June till Labor Day.*

Lawton Stables
Located in Sea Pines Plantation, Lawton Stable offers several riding options available. Trail, pony and carriage rides are all available along with weekly equestrian camps for children ages 8 and up.
Museums
Coastal Discovery Museum
The Coastal Discovery Museum is a non-profit organization that explores the history, nature, and heritage of the Island. There are always interesting and worthwhile exhibits and things to do for all ages. They also conduct narrated beach walks and other nature oriented programs. They also frequently have programs exploring the Gullah (native African - American) culture.
