The luxury oriented Singleton area is located between the Palmetto Dunes Plantation and the Folly Field area and is approximately mid island. The properties in The Corine and Crabline area are just a block from the beautiful new Chaplin Town Park. The park has tennis and basketball courts, baseball and soccer fields along with hiking and bike paths and even a dog park. All of the homes shown here in the Corine and Crabline developments have a golf cart shuttle service which will transport you from your vacation home to the beach and back. The shuttle operates from Memorial Day to Labor Day, Sunday through Friday from 9:00-5:00 p.m., except Saturday
