The fantastic Singleton area is near the center of Hilton Head Island along the ocean and bounded by Palmetto Dunes Plantation to the south and Folly Field to the north. This great area not only offers a terrific strand of beach, but unique natural phenomena where the ocean, twice a day at high tide, washes over a tiny segment of the beach to feed the salt marsh. Here you'll find egrets, herons, ibis and other semi tropical birds patrolling the stream bank for food. Also in the middle of the Singleton area is Hilton Head's newest town park, Chaplin Park with tennis, basketball courts, baseball, soccer fields and bike trails.

Some of these exquisite homes are on the ocean offering breathtaking oceanfront views. Some offer views of the ocean, some overlook the tidal saltmarsh and the ocean beyond.
