185 Beachwalk, Shipyard. This is a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath first-floor villa located on the end of the building offering more windows and sunshine. The living room is comfortable and very warm and cozy with beige patterned Berber carpet, a moss green overstuffed sofa and matching overstuffed chair with ottoman.
A braided wicker chair with cushion adds a bit of a “beachy” look for you as well. The decorative fireplace surrounded by terracotta tiles, adds ambiance to the room, which also includes an armoire with 31” TV, DVD player, puzzles and games.
The elegant dining room is just off the living room and next to the kitchen. The distressed black shaker style furniture has to seat for 6 and on the wall is a large mirror that lends a touch of simple refined beauty to the room. A sliding glass door in the dining room leads to a two level deck which faces the whimsical and romantic gazebo. Great photo op and very southern!
The deck has a wrought iron table and 4 chairs for sitting outside with your morning cup of java or an afternoon BBQ dinner. There are built in benches as well and plenty of space for everyone!
The kitchen is located next to the dining area and is again in a black theme with black and stainless appliances. The counter between the kitchen and dining area has two bar stools and is a great place for a quick breakfast and then off to the beach for the day!
Down the hall are the 2 bedrooms and two baths. The master has a king size bed with red comforter, shams and wicker headboard. There are two red and white striped chairs for reading your favorite book before turning in for the night. There’s a new 47” flat screen TV in this bedroom for your enjoyment. The master bath has a tub/shower combination, vanity and commode.
Adjacent to this room is the guest room which has a queen bed, a twin bed and in the closet, a roll-a-way bed (twin) for extra company. This room uses the hall bath just outside of it which has a tub/shower combination and vanity. At the entrance of this villa is a built in bookshelf, absolutely loaded with books. A great summer or winter read awaits you! If you can’t finish it, take it home! Just leave one behind in its place.
There are a full-size washer and dryer in the hall closet leading to the bedrooms. The community pool is about a 3-minute walk and the beach is about a 6-minute walk from this property. Make this one YOUR vacation spot!
