In the backyard, have fun fishing, catching crabs, and Kayaking off the new fishing dock on the famous Palmetto Dunes interlinking 11-mile lagoon system.

With new all glistening hardwood flooring on the first floor, the huge living room with a wall of large glass windows across the back of the room has views of the “L” shaped pool*, deck, and lagoon beyond. The combination dining room and living room get plenty of light and are spacious as well. The decorative fireplace in the living room is highlighted within the floor to ceiling custom wood chevron patterned inset. This room contains two club chairs and two couches providing plenty of seating for all guests. A new 50-inch wall mounted flat screen TV was added in the living room, so prepare to relax and enjoy a good movie with friends and family.

The dining area is just off the living room with a glass top table and eight upholstered chairs for casual or elegant dining. Views of the pool area are enhanced by the full glass walls. Additional seating can be found in the “eat-in” kitchen where you will find modern stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and white beveled cabinets, fully stocked for meal preparations. A soft gray bench surrounds the granite top island, perfect for breakfast or the children’s dining area.

The family room is just in front of the kitchen and offers a queen sleeper sofa, modern recliner and two swivel club chairs that can be turned to view the pool. This room also contains a Flat screen TV with a DVD player. There is direct access to the pool area from the family room and dining area. There is also a convenient half bath off the kitchen, as well as a laundry room. There is an additional bathroom in the pool area with an outdoor shower.

All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms and have been upgraded with new bedding, decor, and flooring! On the first level, you will find two bedrooms. The newly reconfigured master suite is decorated in calming blues and offers a king bed and double walk-in closets. A sliding glass door leads out to the deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee and watch resident heron “Harry” fly over the lagoon. There is a flat screen TV with a DVD player as well. The large master bathroom suite has a jetted soaking tub, granite counter tops, and a tiled walk-in shower with built-in bench.

The second level brings you to two more bedrooms and a “catwalk” made of glass framed in wood, that separates the two rooms. Brand new carpet greets your feet as you walk up the stairs and throughout the second level of the house. So plush! With beautiful views of the pool and lagoon, the first bedroom offers a queen bed with white wicker furniture, a mounted TV, a private bath with tub/shower combination and sliding glass doors, new vanity and mirror. This is a very pretty room decorated in blues and white, very dainty and comfortable.

The Master bedroom on this level features all new furnishings. The king bed, traditional wood furniture including a dresser, headboard, night tables, and mirror included. Great views of the back yard and lagoon can be seen from this room as well. A private bath with new granite top vanity, a tub/shower combination with glass sliding doors, new light fixtures and mirror complete this master suite.
